The Guarantee Stack
VentureAmp installs a dedicated sales call floor for companies that already have a sales team and a list. We supply the reps, the dialer, the CRM, the automations, and the reporting. Our reps work every lead you've got — cold data, inbound, aged records, and no-shows — qualify them, book them, and confirm them onto your closers' calendars. You are dialing within 10 business days. Your retainer doesn't start until we are. And we commit, in writing, to booking the number of qualified appointments your own break-even math requires — or we keep working at no additional fee until we hit it.
The Break-Even Guarantee
Most agencies guarantee a number they made up. We guarantee the number your business requires.
Before you sign, we do the arithmetic together, using your numbers:
What we cost ÷ what a customer is worth to you = the sales this has to produce.
Those sales ÷ your close rate = the appointments we have to book.
That number goes in the agreement. If we don't hit it in a given month, we keep working at no additional fee until we do. Not a refund — we don't want your money back, we want the result.
And if your numbers don't support it, we'll tell you on the first call — we'd rather say it then than have the conversation in sixty days. That isn't a no. The floor is still yours, at the same price, with the same service; the only thing that changes is what we were willing to promise about someone else's close rate. We are not in the business of refusing money from a client who understands the risk and wants the floor anyway. We are in the business of never being surprised.
Run it on your numbers
Three numbers. The same arithmetic we do with you on the call, and the same answer — including when the answer argues against us.
Your numbers
$5,000 per rep, per month — our published price.
What a customer is worth to you.
Yours, on appointments that were actually held — not on total leads.
Your break-even number
Your monthly fee
$5,000
1 rep × $5,000 per rep, per month.
Sales a month to cover it
0.6
Your monthly fee ÷ your $8,000 average deal value.
Qualified appointments a month
1.0
Those sales ÷ your 60% close rate.
Per rep, per month
1.0
The same figure spread across 1 rep. Figures are shown to one decimal place — the arithmetic underneath carries exact values.
The arithmetic gives 1.0 appointments a month. The agreement rounds the committed number up to 2. The difference is ours to absorb.
Guaranteed engagement
A single rep costs $5,000 a month. Against an $8,000 average deal that is 0.6 sales a month to cover the fee, and at a 60% close rate on qualified appointments that is 1.0 qualified appointments a month — 1.0 per rep. Your deal value times your close rate is $4,800 per appointment, above our $400 line. So this one carries the Break-Even Guarantee: 1.0 appointments a month goes in the agreement, and in any month we come up short we keep working at no additional fee until we have delivered it.
Two tiers, and nobody gets turned away. At or above $400 of deal value times close rate, the appointment number goes in the agreement. Below it we run the same floor — same reps, same service, same price — without that commitment.
The Speed Guarantee
2 weeks
Signature to live dials
3 weeks
First appointment on your calendar
$5,000
Install free if we miss the dial date
Two weeks from signature to live dials. First appointment on your calendar inside three weeks. If we miss the dial date for any reason inside our control, your $5,000 Install is free.
And your monthly retainer doesn't start until the day we dial. You never pay for a month of setup.
The Coverage Guarantee
Your rep is yours. If we ever move a rep off your account, a trained replacement is already working it that same day — because we overlap them, at our cost.
If your seat is ever genuinely empty, you don't pay for those days. If it's empty more than five business days in a month, that month is free.
For context on why this matters: turnover in this industry runs 28–40% a year, and one national firm's client publicly reported being assigned four different reps in six months — each one a fresh ramp, each one a dip in your output.
The qualification gate
One more sentence, and it is the one our own sales floor is held to. It is about this guarantee — the number we will put in writing — and it is said on the first call, not after:
We decline engagements where the math doesn't work. If your deal value and close rate can't support the break-even number, we'll show you on the call and we won't take it.
Under that line the floor is still available, at the same price, with the same service — and the Speed and Coverage guarantees above are unaffected either way. What changes is that the appointment number becomes what we work to rather than what we commit to. You hear which one you are on the first call.
Find out what the gap is costing you
Twenty minutes. We'll baseline your current contact rate, set rate, and speed-to-lead against your industry, and tell you what a floor would realistically produce. If the math doesn't work, we'll say so.
